PRO-001: Drafting Palette
|
This Webcast demonstrates one of the most powerful features for Advanced Drafting and Detailing: the Drafting Palette.
This is a DoubleCAD XT Pro feature.
The Drafting Palette is used to create associative elevations, sections, and fragmental views of the current visible selection from model space with only a few clicks. There are options for working with Solid Models, or Surface Models, and the feature works beautifully with external references (Xrefs) as well as in drawing models. When the Xref source file is changed, in SketchUp™, AutoCAD®, SolidWorks®, or other applications, the sections and elevations are changed in the DoubleCAD paper spaces.
See how quickly these views may be added to paper spaces, and how the properties controls allow for quickly changing the display formats for hidden lines, or to update colors, line weights, and hatches.
The Webinar was hosted by Bob Mayer on June 4, 2009.
