With the release of DoubleCAD™ XT Pro we have separately launched our SDK that supports the development of new tools, functions, and behaviors for use in DoubleCAD XT Pro. Custom routines that are performed on a regular basis can now be automated. Specific tools for vertical applications can be created and added. Even commercial plug-in applications may be developed and sold.

This first release of the DoubleCAD XT Pro SDK includes support and samples of functions for the following environments:

• VB Script


• VB6


• VB.net 2008


• Visual C++


• C# 2008


• and Delphi

There is a wiki as well as forum-based support for developing customizations. Using the SDK requires acceptance of a separate Terms and Conditions. See the DoubleCAD Community Forums for more information.
